Returns

There are no cash refunds or cancellations on final sales, special orders, layaways, and on items that have been delivered or picked up. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on merchandise that has been used or taken by the customer. Only store credit is given, with a 20% restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged from the manufacturer, the store must be notified with 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Warranty

All warranty is limited and subject to the manufacturer. We do not offer any in-store warranty, whether implied, or expressed; we offer no guarantees. Please inspect all merchandise at time of delivery or pickup. After merchandise is delivered or picked up, the customer has 48 hours to report any outstanding damages to the store where they purchased or they will be invalid.
